Responsibilities

Create and iterate on user interface designs for digital products, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user experience
Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers and other stakeholders to translate user needs into design concepts
Provide design assets and specifications to development teams for implementation
Support user research, user testing, and usability studies to inform design decisions
Prototype interactive design solutions to showcase functionality and gather feedback
Maintain design consistency and standards across digital products
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field
A strong portfolio showcasing your design work (academic, personal, internship projects welcome)
Proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration
Basic experience conducting or supporting user research activities such as interviews, surveys, or usability testing
Foundational understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to interpret user research findings, stakeholder feedback, and basic usage data to iterate on designs
Ability to create low-mid-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
Comfort iterating based on feedback and approaching problems with a user-centered mindset

Preferred

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and how they impact design feasibility
