As a Visual UX Designer for Fire TV, you will work alongside a talented team, focusing on the digital aesthetics of device experiences and advocating for design excellence.
Work alongside a talented team of designers, researchers and technologists focused on the digital aesthetics of our Fire TV device experiences.
Utilize your strong understanding of visual systems and best practices, including layout, color palette, typography, iconography and illustrations.
Visualize an experience in the abstract, building consensus, and then driving that vision into concise design deliverables.
Advocate for design excellence and help create meaningful, emotional connection between customers and our products.
Craft the 'why' of all that we ship – advocating for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and customer goals.
Build component libraries, define tokens, and establish guidelines for other designers to use.
Qualification
Required
1+ years of design experience
Have an available online portfolio
Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
Preferred
Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
Knowledge of mobile and web design patterns and accessibility standards
Demonstrative experience crafting design concepts that inform the future vision for a digital product – and collaborating with motion designers, illustrators, and content creators.
