WebFX is a full-service digital marketing agency based in the US that is looking for a Web Project Coordinator to help provide world-class digital marketing solutions to mid-size businesses. The role involves managing multiple web projects, communicating with clients, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Work directly with clients as their direct point of contact, asking key questions to understand their needs, educating them through clear communication, and making suggestions on industry best-practices
Spearhead multiple projects simultaneously to create websites that exceed client expectations and appeal to the client’s target audience
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of websites
Work to maintain our world-class client retention rate by delivering a high level of client satisfaction
Develop and outline project specifications for website builds (utilizing UX best practices)
Organize and communicate project schedules to internal team members
Perform quality testing for website builds and launches, evaluating performance, functionality, UX, etc
Complete deliverables in a timely and efficient manner
Use organization, communication, and troubleshooting skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree
GPA above 3.4
2 years experience in web project management
Outstanding customer service skills, in any industry
Advertising/marketing agency experience
Experience in setting and communicating priorities to a project team
Experience in computer science/HTML/CSS or UX (User Experience)
Excel/Google Docs skills
Presentation skills
