They are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support the Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) Regional Joint Training Infrastructure (RJTI) Program. The role involves implementing and maintaining the Risk Management Framework process, developing RMF documentation, conducting security assessments, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies.
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for the RJTI program, ensuring compliance with DoD and federal cybersecurity policies and regulations.
Conduct system categorization, security control selection, implementation, assessment, and continuous monitoring activities.
Develop and maintain RMF documentation, including System Security Plans (SSPs), Security Assessment Reports (SARs), and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
Perform security control assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and provide recommendations for improvement.
Utilize the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) to manage RMF processes and documentation.
Collaborate with system owners, information system security officers (ISSOs), and other stakeholders to ensure systems are secure and compliant.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts to address identified security weaknesses.
Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents, and support incident response activities as needed.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s and two (2)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Experience as a Cyber Security Analyst, preferably within a military or defense environment.
Strong understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and relevant DoD and federal cybersecurity regulations.
Proficiency using the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) for managing RMF processes and documentation.
Familiarity with RMF documentation requirements, including System Security Plans (SSPs), Security Assessment Reports (SARs), and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
Experience with security control assessments and vulnerability assessments.
Strong knowledge of IT systems and network security.
Must be able to obtain a Passport and be willing to travel up to 25%.
Must have an Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Must be a current U.S. Citizen.
