Responsibilities

Provide assistance to ITW divisional IT staff around ITW Enterprise Security tools by planning and executing activities to ensure that the tools are deployed and functioning appropriately
Drive execution/review documentation related to annual compliance requirements
Support and track enterprise-driven cyber projects
Monitor and report on cyber security vulnerabilities and assist divisional IT teams with prioritization and remediation management.
Assist divisional IT staff in understanding and responding to IT/Security audits, questionaries, assessments, and third-party requests. Track and follow through on remediation plans and activities.
Research new technology & problems and help connect the local IT teams with the appropriate Corporate Resources.
Create and maintain security metrics.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Business or related field
1-2 years of proven experience in IT operations, systems administration, network management, or IT security
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with global IT teams
Ability to correlate data from multiple sources to drive insights and action plans.
Familiar with enterprise IT management tools (e.g. Active directory, ITSM, ticketing, asset management, monitoring tools, patch management)
Good understanding of Information Security Risk Management, Gap Analysis, and Remediation Programs
Ability to travel up to 20%
