Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle.
Guide teammates and lead the development of algorithms and systems.
Use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to advise clients as they make informed decisions.
Provide a deep understanding of the data, what it all means, and how it can be used.

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, data analytics, dashboard development, or data project management
Experience leveraging Python or R for developing data analysis, predictive models, data visualization, and process automation
Experience transforming vague problems into well-structured questions that allow for the formulation of practical, quantifiable solutions
Experience with innovative problem-solving in dynamic, fast-paced settings
Experience producing client-ready documentation, analyses, and reports
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or natural language process techniques
Experience with data science tools, including pandas
Experience with the healthcare industry and associated data
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master’s degree
