The Analyst, Audience Measurement role focuses on evaluating and testing innovative solutions for audience measurement to drive value for advertiser partners, collaborating with various teams to ensure clarity and accuracy in audience measurement offerings.
Collaborate with Ad Sales teams to ensure clarity of WBD’s audience measurement offerings to our brand and agency clients, as well as gather feedback to prioritize features in the product roadmaps for Multicurrency
Conduct in-depth analyses of linear & digital datasets (includes 3P and 1P data) that employ methodological revisions that will alter reported audience levels to ascertain the potential impact to WBD and brand and agency clients
Help identify measurement gaps and methodological/product enhancements needed to evolve measurement of OOH, linear addressable, digital, etc
Track and synthesize the data assets & methodology for common 3rd party measurement offerings that WBD or their advertiser partners might have an interest in
Leverage large data sets to develop succinct, straight-forward and topline analyses for a range of clients, including Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and Account Management
Identify industry trends and updates as it pertains to ad measurement
Serves as a resource for other groups in the Ad Sales Research, Data & Insights department on projects where advanced measurement methodology input will be valuable
Build and maintain strong relationships with our core measurement partners to leverage their companies’ unique data offerings and methodological expertise to drive incremental improvements in the measurement offerings that WBD brings to the market

Qualification
Required
1-3 years at media measurement provider, programmer, ad agency, or ad-tech company
Familiarity with the major linear and digital TV measurement reporting services (e.g. Comscore, iSpot.tv, Nielsen and VideoAmp, in alphabetical order)
Experience and familiarity with programming languages (SQL, Python, R) that can be used to conduct data analyses is a plus
Demonstrated advanced knowledge using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint (experience using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros is necessary)
Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex business environment and can manage time effectively to consistently meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree or higher
Must have legal right to work in the United States
