The Analyst in the Client Services Data and AI team focuses on defining metrics and building dashboards, translating complex data insights for non-technical users to support decision-making.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Governance teams to develop data sources and Single Source of Truth reporting
Utilize user-centered information design concepts to build and deliver dashboard projects, either independently or as part of a project team
Proactively ensure the quality, accuracy, and relevancy of data used to create dashboards and metrics
Provide ongoing production support for dashboards created in Tableau and/or PowerBI
Support the business in using our tools and products, including providing individualized support and producing best-in-class demonstrations and seminars
Analyze data to produce insights, and translate into the language of decision makers
Qualification
Required
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in a STEM field
2+ years of analytics experience with a focus on data translation and communication
Comfort speaking to groups (2-50+) and providing one-on-one coaching
Extremely high sense of quality standards and attention to detail
Experience in data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI)
Basic coding proficiency in any language (e.g., SQL, Python, C++, JavaScript, Ruby)
A team player and collaborator, able to work well with a diverse group of individuals in a matrixed environment ranging from junior to executive level
