The Global Sales Enablement team is seeking an Analyst to support and evolve data-driven solutions within the KKR Client Solutions and Global Wealth Solutions business, focusing on analytics to inform sales strategy and improve business outcomes.
Partner with Sales and Product leadership to deliver analytics and insights that inform strategy and key business decisions
Support the translation of analytics into sales strategy and practical tools that improve relationship manager productivity and effectiveness
Build, maintain, and enhance core analytics products, reporting, and data assets that support the KCS business
Analyze business questions and opportunities, developing data-driven insights in collaboration with senior team members
Deliver sales, performance, and ROI analysis across sales and business initiatives
Qualification
Required
0-2+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or data management, preferably in asset management or financial services
Ability to manage work independently with guidance and oversight from senior team members
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel) with experience working with large, complex datasets
Experience with BI and analytics tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and/or Power BI, and asset management distribution data
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data and analytics, data science or equivalent experience
