Comcast is a leading technology provider offering a suite of services to global organizations. The Business Analytics Co-op role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise systems and data analysis, contributing to key initiatives focused on operational efficiency and revenue assurance.
Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy across Sales, Fulfillment, and Billing
Assist in customer transformation activities, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
Support development and delivery of periodic reports and KPI dashboards to monitor system health and performance
Conduct investigative analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and support system enhancements that align with business objectives
Contribute to customer transformation activities, ensuring data integrity across platforms
Support preparation of insights and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
Document processes, findings, and business rules to support ongoing improvements and governance
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Microsoft Excel, SQL and Tableau experience is a plus but opportunity to learn on the job
Effective communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business context
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting data driven analysis
Ability to manage multiple ongoing responsibilities and prioritize based off direction
Preferred GPA: 3.5+
Preferred Majors: Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Technology Innovation Management, or equivalent
