Responsibilities

  • Provide development of macros, extracts, queries, and dashboards for various data needs across the business utilizing Power-BI, Excel, and IBM Business Objects
  • Develop and support dashboards for proactively measuring internal business data for various uses across the division
  • Assist with ad-hoc, monthly quarterly reporting for the Electrophysiology division and propose opportunities for automation and time-savings
  • Ensure and maintain a safe and professional work environment
  • Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other international regulatory regulation requirements/standards, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
  • Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements

Qualification

Required

  • A Bachelor's degree preferably in an applicable engineering discipline or data science with two or more years of progressively increasing responsibility and work experience in Quality, Design, Engineering, and/or Research & Development
  • Experienced and proficient with Advanced Excel (pivots and/or macros), Microsoft Power BI (or Tableau), and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a geographically diverse business environment and personnel base
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate and present at multiple hierarchal levels in the organization
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet/exceed deadlines, and hold themselves, staff, and others accountable
  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and tactical execution/follow-up skills
