Use analytics and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, analyze patterns, and find opportunities for improvement or streamlining processes.
Clean and prepare data from various sources to ensure its accuracy and readiness for reporting and analysis.
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Create and disseminate routine and ad hoc reports that effectively track and measure KPIs.
Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Interpret business unit trends and translate those insights into actionable recommendations.
Present data findings and insights to management, ensuring that data-driven recommendations are understood and can be acted upon.
Analyze business processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or related field.
Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python, R and data manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.
Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.
Preferred
Specialized certifications for programming languages or data analysis techniques a plus.
