Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders on data analysis problems
  • Mine and deep dive into complex business problems and provide insights on customers’ omnichannel journey
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to deliver high-quality solutions and recommendations to a variety of problems across the domain
  • Bring data to life through storytelling in a clear and meaningful way to audiences with mixed levels of technical expertise
  • Support BI reporting, database production and ad hoc analysis
  • Partner with and assist the work with CX Measurement team to extract, transform and analyze customer feedback and CX data to drive actionable insights to business
  • Reconcile divergent demands from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment

Qualification

Required

  • BA/BS degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences)
  • 1+ years of corporate data analysis experience in customer or digital analytics
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL required
  • 1+ years of experience with scripting (R or Python) and ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., caret, spark, scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, tensorflow, pytorch, keras, theano, seaborn, matplotlib, etc.) is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience with direct use of graphics/visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey results to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

  • Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in statistics, mathematics, economics, applied science or equivalent STEM degree is a plus
  • Experience working with NoSQL data environments and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, DynamoDB is a plus
  • Experience with AWS, GCP is a plus
  • Experience with A/B Test or trainings on digital testing is a plus
  • Exposure to AI applications (ChatGPT, Jasper AI, Copilot) and prompt engineering is a plus
  • Experience with API integrations (endpoints, requests, extraction) a plus
