Help the Multifamily Division better manage their business through various reporting solutions.
Find ways to grow the responsibilities and opportunities for our team to continue to support Multifamily in new and evolving ways.

Qualification

Required

Typically, 2-4 years of related data analytics experience
Bachelor’s degree: Business, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field or equal work experience, preferred
Proficient with relational databases and using reporting tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, SAS, Python and Rapid SQL
Job requires experience using MS Office applications including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Basic understanding of UNIX, VBA & SharePoint
Ability to thrive in a face-paced team environment.
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and explain complex business concepts and reporting requirements.
Ability to think critically and logically
Familiar with Multifamily data and systems
Knowledge of secondary mortgage market and Freddie Mac's business
Interacting and working effectively with internal customers as well as with all levels of management within and across departments
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple reporting tasks simultaneously
