Dun & Bradstreet offers business intelligence and data analytics solutions to support risk management, compliance, and growth strategies. The Data Operations Analyst will gather, match, validate and update educational data sets, while also addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Apply analytical mindset in collection, organization and delivery of large data sets, across multiple channels and sources.
Preview and test data to ensure high quality, accuracy and confidence.
Identify continuous improvements to data collection and delivery processes.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external team members on data compilation, analysis and quality of our data set.
Proactively analyze and troubleshoot problems and issues associated with the data. Assess the criticality of the issue and escalate for timely resolution, participate in solution of the issue.
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in a quantitative /applied field.
Work proficiency with MS Access, MS SQL and ability to manipulate data.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Ability to audit data across multiple systems to ensure alignment.
Ability to learn and apply technology and tools.
Excellent organization, decision making and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred
Experience in data mining, analysis and statistics a plus.
