Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges
  • Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality and extract meaningful insights
  • Implement AI solutions including NLP and computer vision applications, leveraging pre-trained models and vector databases
  • Create informative features from raw data to improve model performance and interpretability
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Monitor model performance in production, identify data drift, and iterate to improve accuracy and reduce bias

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, physics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in a data-centric role such as data analyst, data scientist, or research assistant
  • Proficiency in Python and ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
  • ML and AI: Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Statsmod, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Anthropic APIs
  • Data Manipulation: Pandas, NumPy, SQL
  • Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills across technical and business teams
  • Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or capital markets
