Responsibilities

  • Support the design, build, and validation of statistical and machine learning models that answer business questions such as consumer behavior, segmentation, and forecasting
  • Help maintain recurring reporting and KPI tracking — contributing to metric definitions, building data pipelines, and ensuring the numbers leadership relies on are accurate and timely
  • Translate scoped requests from business and finance partners into clean analyses, and help communicate results back as clear recommendations
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reusable tooling that make insight accessible to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-regional teams to support consistent data definitions and measurement across markets
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews and other stakeholder-facing deliverables
  • Continuously develop your technical and analytical skills with support and mentorship from the team

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar), or equivalent experience
  • Foundational proficiency in SQL and Python (or R), including common data libraries such as pandas; internship, academic project, or early professional experience welcome
  • Solid grounding in core statistics and machine learning concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to work with messy, real-world data end to end
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and a desire to grow comfort presenting to broader audiences
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative approach to working across teams

Preferred

  • Exposure to consumer analytics, financial services, or payments is a plus
  • Familiarity with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
