The Zebra Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) is a three-year program designed to build versatile technology leaders through cross-functional experience across various IT areas, including Data & Analytics and Security Operations.

Responsibilities

Gain knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes; learn to apply this knowledge appropriately in diverse situations.
Must be flexible to specific rotation job requirements and be able to navigate a changing work environment.
Execute technical deliverables as defined in each rotation job description.
Support key IT Projects from various perspectives throughout the program.
Play an active role in the IT Development Program activities including various types of training, program event coordination, team meetings, leadership updates, and mentorship program.
Visibility and interaction with senior Information Technology leaders.
Accountable for developing your leadership and management skills through on-the-job experience and additional training opportunities that are available.

Qualification

Required

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Security, Information Systems or a related technical field.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Successful completion of a Zebra internship
Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem solving skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment in order to meet deadlines.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Demonstrates technical expertise across multiple technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms.
