Pandora designs, manufactures and markets hand-finished and contemporary jewellery made from high-quality materials at affordable prices. They are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Junior E-Commerce Analyst to support online business performance and growth targets, track and analyze ecommerce data, and empower the team to make data-led decisions.
Monitor & analyze weekly key performance indicators (KPI’s) such as sellout, conversion rate, traffic & bounce rate to identify opportunities in the customer journey.
Create & maintain dashboards in tools such as Power BI & Adobe Analytics to ensure team are well-equipped to make data-driven decisions.
Be the data tool super user, fielding day to day questions from the team.
Improve forecast accuracy through cross-functional input gathering and competitor benchmarking.
Support with promotional analysis including product drivers, traffic insights and discount analysis.
Feed the testing roadmap with data-backed hypotheses and solutions to improve user journey.
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
A Bachelor’s degree in a field that produces a strong foundation in data analysis, such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics or Data Science.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects.
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.
