CTG is seeking a Microsoft Analytics Developer for their client in Houston, TX. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies, while collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, including Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and SQL Server.
Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure clean, consistent, and timely financial and operational data.
Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights for finance and operations teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Configure, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules, particularly General Ledger (GL) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
Work with embedded reporting technologies, including OTBI and BI Publisher, to deliver financial insights.
Participate in full lifecycle end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects.
Support client-facing initiatives with clear communication and technical expertise.
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Microsoft analytics stack: Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with FAH and GL interfaces, including configuration and enhancements.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including reporting and embedded analytics.
ETL development and cloud analytics expertise.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle, end-to-end implementation projects in Financials (GL, FAH required).
Proven functional understanding of GL and FAH modules and associated processes.
Experience in enhancements or implementations involving FAH and General Ledger modules.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
Preferred
Familiarity with PL/SQL.
Client-facing experience preferred.
