Volvo Group is a manufacturer of trucks, buses, construction equipment, and marine and industrial engines. They are seeking a Salesforce Analytics & Data Specialist to analyze and visualize data within the Group Trucks North America Salesforce organization, focusing on enhancing dealer and user experiences. The role involves leveraging data to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining data quality within the Salesforce org.
Responsible for creation and maintenance of analytics capabilities required to communicate the desired message for business processes embedded within the org
Regularly review and assess the suite of Salesforce analytics tools and capabilities to ensure that the appropriate tools are approved, licensed and available within the org
Use Salesforce analytics tools and capabilities to identify and visualize trends within the data to drive business processes and user adoption
Ensure alignment of reports and dashboards with data schema and Salesforce best practices
Responsible for monitoring the state of data within the GTNA Salesforce Org in order to identify potential concerns and use cases
Work with non-Salesforce teams to identify original source of data and means by which to consume the data into the GTNA org
Partner with stakeholders and users to highlight the importance of maintaining their own data
Resolve data quality concerns identified within the Salesforce org, even if original source of the data is outside of the GTNA Org
Execute declarative items within the GTNA Salesforce Org as required for data quality and reports & dashboards
Qualification
Required
2-5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a global setting
Exposure to the breadth of the Salesforce ecosystems solutions (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Clouds along with knowledge of CPQ, Account Engagement, Salesforce Maps, etc.)
Advanced understanding of Salesforce data sharing and visibility models
Creative and analytical thinker with problem-solving skills, and ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
BS/BA degree, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities
