The Data & Business Intelligence Analyst will transform data into actionable insights, develop dashboards and reports, collaborate with business and technical teams, and support data ingestion and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
Develop subject matter expertise of data content & structure to perform analysis and develop transformation & enhancement rules for data from a wide variety of source systems (internal & external)
Collaborate with Data Engineering to support data ingestion and reporting solutions to our Enterprise Data Warehouse
Key point of contact and collaboration on design, development, and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and analytic tools
Partner with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements
Create prototype solutions to validate business cases and reporting needs
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and reporting issues
Conduct ad hoc analysis and deliver actionable business insights
Create training materials and deliver user training on reporting tools and analytics solutions

Qualification
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 1+ years of experience delivering business intelligence or analytics solutions
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong data analysis capabilities
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or similar analytics platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
• Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and motivated to continually learn and grow
Preferred
• Exposure to Microsoft data and analytics technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Power BI, or SQL preferred
