Take-Two Interactive is a leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment. As a Data Governance Analyst, you will ensure data integrity and compliance, bridging the gap between IT systems and business stakeholders to support product launches and financial reporting.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of metadata requests, ensuring all entries meet enterprise standards before implementation in Informatica Reference 360
Monitor data integration flows from governance tools to downstream systems
Act as the primary point of contact for IT owners and data stewards to troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures
Lead working groups to align data availability with major product launch timelines, ensuring stakeholders have the 'source of truth' they need to make decisions
Maintain SOX-compliant workflows and document the alignment of critical data elements (CDEs) across the ecosystem to ensure we are audit-ready at all times
Build and curate the company’s 'data map' by maintaining business glossaries, data dictionaries, and technical lineage within Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC)
Qualification
Required
You hold a BA/BS (preferably in Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field)
A foundational understanding of data governance frameworks
You can take a technical data issue and explain it clearly to a business data steward —and vice versa
You have a high 'attention to detail' IQ
You spot discrepancies in a data table that others might miss
You collaborate with IT to find the root cause of data issues
You are comfortable writing SQL queries
You understand data modeling concepts
You are an expert in Excel
