Responsibilities

Collect, clean, store, analyze, and visualize data using tools such as Microsoft Power BI
Support the automation of resident data collection through ETL processes
Use Python and SQL to process data, perform queries, and ensure data accuracy and completeness
Prepare data for integration with Microsoft Dataverse
Maintain data infrastructure in accordance with data governance and security requirements
Create reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making
Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, computer engineering, information technology, computer science, or a related field
Zero to two (0–2) years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a related area
Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI through coursework, certification, or professional experience
Basic knowledge of Python and SQL
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a matrix-managed environment
Travel: 0%
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance, which requires US Citizenship
Extended Computer Use: Regular and prolonged periods of working at a computer terminal
Mobility: Ability to move around the office environment to access computer hardware, networking equipment, and server rooms
Dexterity: Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate computer equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform tasks requiring precision
Sitting/Standing: Both prolonged sitting and occasional standing may be required for troubleshooting and attending to system issues

Preferred

Experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI dashboard development
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Experience using Python and SQL for data processing and analysis
Familiarity with ETL processes, Microsoft Dataverse, or data governance practices
