The Digital & IT Associate analyzes business needs and applies information technology to improve processes and solve business issues. The role supports IT initiatives, develops and deploys technology solutions, creates training materials, and provides technical support across areas such as applications, databases, networks, security, and business systems.
Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations to streamline & simplify processes
Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions Recommends modifications of basic Digital and IT systems to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating cost
Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations
Develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology – both on premise and Cloud based
Develops training materials to support process changes and new technology introductions
Provide after-hour technical support as needed

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent)
0-3 years related IT experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability
