The Supply Chain Data Analyst role involves providing business support for supply chain and manufacturing teams, including sourcing, cost analysis, and metrics dashboards, while also assisting contract manufacturers with material availability and process change control.
Maintain and support supply chain application systems
Use data to solve problems and create visualizations
Support customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing, sourcing, scheduling and material availability data
Coordinate key supplier meetings to resolve engineering and process change control, inventory management, and material availability
Qualification
Required
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Basic understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Basic understanding and knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Logistics Management: Basic understanding and knowledge of logistics and management; ability to follow proper processes and run operations for effective and efficient movement of materials and finished products
Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP): Basic understanding and knowledge of the processes, practices and systems used in manufacturing requirements planning (MRP); ability to optimize planning for manufacturing cycles and ensure capacity and materials availability
Problem Solving: Working knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or Supply Chain
Experience working with Snowflake, Power BI or Power Automate
Experience with SAP
