The role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies and driving business outcomes for YouTube products, collaborating with various teams to enhance product adoption and performance.
Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners and creators
Define and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, including communication documents, experiments, trusted tester programs and quarterly forecasting
Achieve operational excellence by setting and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), driving annual business planning and managing key programs
Collaborate with global and regional Business and Product Management teams to deliver business outcomes and product adoption goals
Lead cross-functional projects under tight deadlines in a change-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of management consulting, investment banking, business strategy and operations, or equivalent experience
2 years of experience with spreadsheet modeling (agreement structures, detailed scenario forecasting, program performance tracking, market sizings, SQL, etc.)
2 years of experience in presentation (i.e., owning content outline, slide creation, data visualization, and delivery to executive audiences)
Preferred
2 years of management consulting, investment banking or go-to-market strategy and operations in media and consumer technology
Experience managing projects across multiple functions and product areas with effective project management skills
Understanding of the YouTube ecosystem including its viewers, creators, advertisers and products
Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills with effective business acumen
Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize user feedback into actionable insights for product development and translate complex offerings for users
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, attention to detail and cross-functional co-ordination skills
