Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the deployment of critical infrastructure for Google's special projects data centers
Oversee the quantification, tracking, and reporting of general site critical infrastructure health
Coordinate cross-functional firefighting and program responses to emerging site critical infrastructure risks
Collaborate with partners to translate dynamic site needs, such as localizations and sequencing updates, into actionable deployment strategies

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience with program management activities
2 years of experience with managing stakeholder groups including owner representatives, contractors, and internal stakeholders
2 years of experience managing critical equipment or infrastructure on construction projects

Preferred

Experience managing and supporting large-scale construction projects or related activities
Experience with networking equipment logistics and supply chain management
Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering principles
Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional organizational environments
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data for actionable infrastructure strategies
