Responsibilities

Collaborate in cross-functional meetings to analyze experiment data and user research insights to develop hypotheses for new product opportunities
Present design work during internal reviews to receive feedback and iterate on solutions
Develop articulated presentations for internal leadership and external partner reviews
Create engineering specifications and participate in quality assurance processes to ensure high-fidelity implementation
Drive innovation by developing original design ideas and pitching concepts to help shape product proposals

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
1 year of interaction design experience in product design or UX Design
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)

Preferred

1 year of experience leading design projects
Experience working within established design systems and designing accessible products
Experience translating user needs, research insights, and data into digital products and high-quality deliverables
Experience delivering production-ready engineering specifications and collaborating with developers to ensure high-fidelity implementation
Experience leveraging generative AI tools and industry-standard software (e.g., Figma) to accelerate ideation and workflow velocity
