CONMED Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Recruiter to support talent acquisition for its U.S. sales organization. The role assists with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, offer processing, onboarding, and pipeline management while partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders.

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruiting activities for sales and marketing positions, primarily focused on entry-level through mid-level roles
Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies
Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and direct outreach
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Manage candidate and requisition activity within Workday and other recruiting tools
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
Track recruiting metrics and pipeline activity to support hiring decisions and process improvements
Represent the CONMED employment brand in all interactions with candidates and hiring teams

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, customer-facing, or related professional experience
This is a fully remote position. Candidates may be located anywhere within the United States

Preferred

Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or other recruiting platforms
Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, sales recruiting, or human resources
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions and priorities
Ability to travel approximately 20% annually
Curious and eager to learn the recruiting profession
Comfortable reaching out to candidates through phone, email, and social platforms
Highly organized and detail oriented
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Motivated to build relationships and develop sourcing expertise
