Responsibilities

  • Support project planning: Help develop delivery plans, schedules, milestones and success measures
  • Monitor delivery: Track progress, actions, budgets and dependencies, helping teams remain focused on agreed outcomes
  • Manage risks and governance: Identify and record risks and issues, support project reporting and help maintain effective governance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with colleagues, clients and delivery partners to maintain clear communication and coordinate project activity
  • Support continuous improvement: Use evidence, feedback and lessons learned to help improve how projects are delivered
  • Innovate alongside other graduates: Take part in early careers initiatives that go beyond your day-to-day role

Qualification

Required

  • This opportunity is designed for graduates who have completed their studies and are ready to start their CGI journey in January 2027
  • A minimum 2:2 degree (some roles may require a 2:1)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in clients, markets and business development
  • Confidence building relationships and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify relevant insights and opportunities
  • Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to contribute to high-quality bids, proposals and presentations
  • Eligibility for Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with many roles requiring higher National Security Vetting. This typically requires 5–10 years of continuous UK residency
