They are seeking a Fund Analyst who will support portfolio management, fund operations, analysis, reporting, and investor communications, focusing on fund analytics, investor relations, and maintaining data accuracy across teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze fund performance metrics and prepare internal and external reports, including performance attribution.
Communicate fund and asset issues and opportunities.
Support portfolio monitoring, cash flow modeling, and capital account maintenance.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual fund financial projections and investor reports.
Assist with quarterly valuation appraisal process.
Collaborate with finance, legal, acquisition, and asset management teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Respond to investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and ad hoc information requests.
Maintain and update marketing materials, investor presentation materials, and pitch decks.
Coordinate quarterly data room updates, ensuring timely and accurate content delivery.
Support fundraising efforts by preparing materials and tracking investor engagement.
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related.
2–4 years of experience in fund operations, investor relations, or financial analysis.
Prior experience with private capital or real estate investment funds.
Familiarity with investor due diligence questionnaires and institutional investor reporting standards.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data room platforms is a plus.
Expertise with analytical tools such as pivot tables, dashboard, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Strong business writing and presentation skills.
Experience in managing, updating and analyzing large quantities of data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
