Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is hiring a Financial Analyst I for its Premium Seat Sales division within Live Nation Concerts. The role supports financial analysis and reporting, month-end close, process improvement, and analytical projects.
Perform a variety of financial analytical tasks including: research variances, summarize data, distribute financial and operating results
Use analysis to support and explain deviations from plan, trends and expectations
Leverage SQL, Python and AI tools to work with large-scale financial data, build models and automate reporting
Identify and take the lead on process improvement projects to automate and streamline
Preparation of weekly and monthly internal and external management reports
Assist with month end close processes focusing on accruals, allocations, journal entries, and various spend analyses
Read and interpret agreements, amendments and payment term exceptions and update system accordingly
Communicate with internal stake holders and resolve variances in a timely manner
Work closely with internal management team on various analytical projects
Ensure accuracy of data by understanding source data
Provide audit support as needed
Ad Hoc analysis as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
This person must be a self-motivated, curious individual with the ability to multitask
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Zero to one-year comparable work experience
Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to solve problems by gathering information, discuss options and make recommendations
Must be flexible, self-starter, change-oriented team player
High level of professional reliability and accountability required
