Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst I to manage customer service and order-to-cash activities for its Industrial Sales business. The role supports order processing, shipping, invoicing, customer accounts receivable, process improvements, and tolling operations.
Lead/Develop and execute an exceptional standard of customer service to over 20 industrial sales customers representing $400M in annual revenue. Manage and lead day to day customer service and order to cash functions. Supports industrial sales leadership to ensure product ordered is available for customers per their desired timing
Ensure all facets of the process run smoothly including order processing, establishing shipping requests per the customer purchase order and accurate invoicing
Strong collaboration with product supply, external warehouses and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability shared with customers is accurate. Lead/develop daily shipping schedule for glyphosate technical sales plan to ensure customer commitments are met
Engage with customers on a regular basis related to orders, invoicing and collections
Enable through systems the growth of new business opportunities with industrial sales customers by creating new customers in SAP including managing the account set up, shipping terms, payment terms, invoicing, ship to location(s) and all other system requirements
Participate in the tracking and reconciliation of customer Accounts Receivable to communicate/resolve discrepancies directly with customers to prevent past due invoices
Work directly with customers on processes and communications to improve the overall customer experience
Identify/implement and oversee the continuous improvements to Industrial Sales processes to improve internal efficiency, cost position and performance metrics
Support US tolling operations for Roundup QuikPro and dicamba salt by coordinating and communicating with suppliers. Review toller invoices for accuracy

Required
BS/BA degree in Supply Chain or related field
