The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the full cycle recruitment process, identify effective recruiting strategies, and promote diversity and inclusion while building talent pipelines for critical roles.
Lead the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of partners, including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to fill roles across the United States, while advising and influencing partners on talent availability and market position attractiveness
Identify and build proactive relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical roles
Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws
Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent
Support Recruiting and Human Resources-driven priorities, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred
1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
