The Cloud Engineer I will contribute to the development, testing, and automation of cloud-based applications and networking solutions, focusing on building scalable automation frameworks and ensuring the reliability of networking products.
Develop and execute automated test cases for cloud and networking applications
Build automation scripts using Python and testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium)
Validate product features for networking systems (switches, routers, access points)
Participate in Agile/Scrum teams supporting feature development and release cycles
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues
Contribute to CI/CD workflows and test automation pipelines
Support continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
0–4 years of experience in software development, QA, or automation
Strong programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience with automation and testing tools (Playwright, Selenium preferred)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (routers, switches, access points)
Understanding of software development lifecycle and CI/CD practices
Willingness to relocate to Roseville, CA
Ability to work hybrid (2 days per week onsite)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Exposure to cloud technologies and distributed systems
Experience with AI/GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
Familiarity with RAG, LangChain, or LLM-based workflows
Interest or experience in building automation agents or workflow orchestration systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills
