The R&D Software Engineer will work on software, firmware, and applications for Vector Network Analyzer products, collaborating with a team to gather requirements and develop solutions.
Design, implement, test, and document new software solutions for electronic test and measurement products; meet schedule and scope needs of the project
Review and understand customer requirements
Write regression system tests for software
Participate in design and code reviews
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other engineering discipline
Working knowledge in building, testing, and debugging software
The ability to work in a team, with multiple customers/partners and across geographic boundaries
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design
Working knowledge of C++
Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation, or Git source control
Embedded system programming experience
