Freddie Mac is an organization focused on making home possible for families across the country. They are seeking a Software Engineer Associate to join their Automation team in Internal Audit, where the role is to develop and implement automation and analytics solutions to enhance control testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, enhance, and implement automation and data analytics solutions to support control testing automation
Understand and implement requirements, ensuring code quality and best practices
Communicate progress and challenges promptly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
1-3 years of experience performing data analytics using R, Python, and/or SQL
1 years of experience using DevOps (CI/CD) Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Spinnaker, Cucumber JS unit testing library
1 years of experience in database technologies - Snowflake, Postgres, etc
Basic knowledge of Linux command-line tools and Git for version control
Experience in source code management, repository management and package management with tools such as JFrog Artifactory, Bitbucket, and Kubernetes
Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business stakeholders
Strong writing and communication skills. Detail-driven with respect to documentation and able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
