Sleeper is building a platform that connects friends over sports through games, chat, scores, memes, and social features. The UI Graphic Designer will design user interfaces and visual assets across iOS, Android, and Web, while maintaining design systems and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other teams to improve usability and visual consistency.

Responsibilities

Design user interfaces across all of our platforms – iOS, Android, and Web – owning layout, typography, spacing, color systems, and visual hierarchy
Create interface graphics, icons, illustrations, and digital visual assets that bring the product to life
Produce promotional graphics, marketing banners, advertisements, social media assets, and branded creative materials
Maintain and expand our design system and UI component library, prepping production-ready assets for engineering
Participate in design critiques and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on visual design initiatives
Develop visual concepts that improve usability while keeping the brand consistent, and show up for design critiques with multidisciplinary teams

Qualification

Required

1-3+ years of full-time Design experience
A strong portfolio, deck, or sample work showcasing your passion and foundations in design
Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation
Ability to collaborate and partner strategically with Product, Engineering, and other partners to drive and influence our visual direction
Strong attention to detail with an understanding of the fundamentals of UI, interaction and visual design
Expertise with or strong knowledge of design systems and related processes

Preferred

Have a degree in one of the following majors or related fields: graphic design, web/ media design, UI/UX design or Information design
