Apply mixed methods: Use approaches such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and ethnographic observation to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, product marketers, and data scientists to ensure research is relevant and actionable.
Communicate insights: Share findings in clear, creative, and compelling ways—using storytelling and visualization—to help teams understand customer needs and make better product decisions.
Contribute to craft: Share best practices, help improve research methods and processes, and stay informed on trends in user research, AI, and product development.
