Avis Budget Group, through its subsidiary Zipcar, is looking for a UX Design Co-Op to join their UX team. This role is designed for students eager to gain hands-on experience in Product and UX Design, contributing to real projects while collaborating with a mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

Plan, build, and refine accessible, reusable components for the global Zipcar Design System
Write design system documentation with do / don’t guidance and patterns
Collaborate across teams with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, etc.
Conduct and assist in UX research
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and animation
Contribute in UX critiques, giving and receiving feedback

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Eager to learn and contribute
Excellent communication and problem-solving skill
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Minimum GPA: 3.0
