Amazon is a tech firm with a focus on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. They are seeking a UX Designer to support the Customer Service Associate journey, improve associate experiences, and innovate on behalf of Worldwide Customer Service technologies.
Able to carefully balance associate needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Passionate about creating elegant, simple to understand designs
Excited to dig into challenging problems and ask a lot of questions to get to the root of the problem
Focus on improving and simplifying the way our Customer Service Associates are able to support our end customers
Work with a large network of partners across business verticals to identify pain points in the current user journeys and propose seamless, end-to-end UX solutions
Work closely with a studio of smart, passionate designers, user researchers, UX writers, product managers, and developers to drive a design process that works backward from the customer to deliver results.
Qualification
Required
2+ years of design experience
Have an available online portfolio
Experience in a variety of design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools
Experience with consumer brands and experience design, and a passion for storytelling
Preferred
Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
Experience in usability testing
