Responsibilities

User Research: Conducting surveys, interviews, and usability tests to understand user needs and behaviors.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups.
Usability Testing: Testing product functionality with real users to gather actionable feedback.
Design & Development Collaboration: Working closely with designers and engineers to translate insights into product solutions.
Information Architecture: Structuring content and navigation for intuitive user journeys.
User Interface (UI) Design: Assisting with layout, typography, and visual design elements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with stakeholders across departments to align on business goals.
Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing usability challenges.
Accessibility: Ensuring product designs meet standards for inclusive user experiences.

Qualification

Required

2+ years in UX Design
Conducting surveys, interviews, and usability tests to understand user needs and behaviors.
Creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups.
Testing product functionality with real users to gather actionable feedback.
Working closely with designers and engineers to translate insights into product solutions.
Structuring content and navigation for intuitive user journeys.
Assisting with layout, typography, and visual design elements.
