Dental Intelligence Inc. is a leading player in the SaaS analytics and workflow space for dental practices. They are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to shape user interactions with their product, focusing on design from initial concept to polished UI.

Responsibilities

Design user-cantered solutions across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to final UI.
Plan and conduct usability testing with real users to validate design decisions.
Setting up and leverage data and insights from analytics tool and session replay/analytics tools to understand user behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
Create mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to align on solutions that balance user needs and business goals.
Continuously iterate designs based on feedback, research insights, and performance metrics.

Qualification

Required

2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
Solid portfolio demonstrating experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile apps.
Proficiency with Figma or Sketch.
Experience with usability testing methodologies—remote, moderated/unmoderated.
Familiarity with product analytics and user behaviour tools (like Pendo, Hotjar, Mixpanel etc.).
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
