Responsibilities

Update and maintain website content using the content management system, HTML, and CSS
Perform quality assurance reviews for content accuracy, formatting, links, style, and brand consistency
Review and prioritize requests, confirm requirements with internal stakeholders, and track assignments in Workfront
Coordinate website updates with web design and development, email, social media, SEO, and digital marketing teams
Create Google Analytics reports for defined digital campaigns
Manage multiple assignments and communicate status, dependencies, and deadlines
Use AI-assisted tools to support digital marketing workflows while verifying accuracy and adherence to standards

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
1 year of relevant experience
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience with Google Analytics and Microsoft Word and Excel
Working knowledge of technical SEO and foundational digital marketing practices
Ability to gather requirements and review webpage content and formatting for accuracy and consistency

Preferred

Master's degree
1-3 years of relevant experience
Experience using Workfront or a comparable work management system
Experience using AI-assisted tools in digital marketing workflows and validating outputs
