Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc compensation reports
Maintain compensation databases, trackers, and reporting tools with accurate data
Conduct quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies
Execute compensation processes in line with established procedures and governance
Support annual compensation cycles through data collection, reporting, and coordination
Maintain documentation and records for compliance and audit requirements
Analyze compensation data to evaluate internal pay alignment and market competitiveness
Validate, reconcile, and summarize compensation data to provide trends and insights for decision-making

Qualification

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
