Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc compensation reports
  • Maintain compensation databases, trackers, and reporting tools with accurate data
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Execute compensation processes in line with established procedures and governance
  • Support annual compensation cycles through data collection, reporting, and coordination
  • Maintain documentation and records for compliance and audit requirements
  • Analyze compensation data to evaluate internal pay alignment and market competitiveness
  • Validate, reconcile, and summarize compensation data to provide trends and insights for decision-making

Qualification

Required

  • • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • • Remote- US
