Senior Analyst, Marketing Activation

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and execute specific test scripts based on request/project type from the statement teams
  • Analyze test results on mainframe screen (Green screen), errors or bugs
  • Measure control effectiveness using predetermined scripts to determine overall process quality
  • Implement billing statement requests related to overlays and messages; including test validation and implementation for pre and postproduction
  • Assist requesters with projects impacting billing statements; including inserts, overlays, CITs, messaging, required verbiage display, and marketing offers
  • Strong adherence to SLAs on timelines, accuracy & Compliance
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate results to various levels of the organization
  • Exposure to QA activities is a must. Identify, own and drive issues to resolution
  • Support basic test automation activities based on project needs. Identify automation capabilities, assist in script creation/maintenance, and execute automated test suites (using tools/frameworks aligned to the team)
  • Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards using tools like (Power BI/ Tableau) to track QA metrics (defect leakage, execution progress, pass/fail trends, SLA adherence, cycle time) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Develop and automate recurring QA reporting by connecting Power BI to relevant data sources (Excel/SharePoint/SQL as applicable), ensuring data accuracy, refresh reliability, and governance
  • Analyze trends from dashboards and testing outcomes to identify gaps, recommend process improvements, and support root-cause analysis
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts to support AI-enabled analytics use cases

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of degree, a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in Marketing, Operations, Financial Services, or project management
  • 2 years participating in team efforts
  • Experience in design, testing & validation of requirements
  • Good understanding of MS office tools (Excel, Word, & Power point)
  • Outstanding communication, relationship building, influencing, and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the marketing process, with strong interest in leveraging new-age analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards) to track performance and improve decision-making
  • Knowledge of financial services systems; Fiserv, First Data, Content Navigator, Consumer Center
  • Handson experience on excel macros or test automation concepts using python/selenium
  • Working knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts and prompt engineering (writing/refining prompts, validating outputs), with the ability to identify and build AI-driven QA/analytics use cases
  • Hands-on experience with database/query tools (SQL) for validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis
  • Desire to learn, grow, and become a subject matter expert, with a proactive learning mindset toward emerging tools and technologies
  • Software testing experience in BFSI
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems, develop new tactics, and address implementation obstacles
  • Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business, including quickly ramping up on new platforms, reporting tools, and AI-driven solutions as priorities evolve
